I had a dream that I was back in London - shopping!

I guess the fact that London’s daily expenses is just too much made me didnt buy as much personal items while I was there. I am def regretting it now. Because the only 3 items that I brought in London made a trend here in US. I wore it soo much that I got compliments everywhere I went. It is true that they have different marterials and the style is much better.

My heart and my head is still back in that stylish, beautiful lovely city.

Wish im back again, even in my dream~

Not till i got back to the states, the fact that London is on the other side of the world finally hit me! I MISS LONDON!

I did not want to get out of the airplan, i wanted to go back.

Seeing my mom after so long was very nice, it made me happy. But knowing that i HAVE to get around with CARS only in US made me miss london’s transportation.

I MISS LONDON, I MISS THE TOWN!! I miss everything there. the culture, the people and the buildings even.

London’s school system is very different than the US ones.

THey are kind of similar to the Asian country systems. We dont have much stuff to do other than learning or reading the material during the whole semester. But at the end, we will have a Semester long project and a final exam to test our knowledge throu out the semester.

Studying for the finals here in London is actually harder considering the amount of materials that we need to know compare to the US ones, we consitently have exams to make sure that we know everything.

Also, in UK, people tend to get the exam questions a week ahead of time to prepare for it, vs in the states, we will never know the topic of the exam. Which I found very amusing.

Working at Purple for the past few monthes made me became closer to my director. I will be sad to leave the work placement, my director, moreover, this company. I like this company a lot, I’ve got used to the work enviorment, got used to the job. I’ve lea…rn a lot from my director, she’ve taught me everything from basic infromation about the Fashion and Business industry as well as step to step directions with SAGE(accounting software). I am thankful that I got this internship this semester abroad, it is a very valuble experience with the company. It helped me discover what kind of job I am intersted in the future as well as opend my eyes to a whole new industry. I never thought Fashion and Business/Accounting could be combined. But by working at purple, I’ve set what I want to do later on in my life. If i could’ve stay longer, I would definatly stay and work with purple longer, maybe even a future job.

Its so weird that Mothers day is different in UK and US!

Its almost time for us to leave this beautiful city, same with the interns at Purple.

There are many interns that works at purple, but only a few get to stay at this fabulous company! I was talking to my manager, and she said that she would LOVE to keep me if i Stayed in LONDON! as well as the director of the company!

I WAS SOOOOOO thrilled to hear that news! but sad at the same time that I couldnt stay!

But knowing that, I know what I want to do in the future now. I want to do things with Fashion because I have passion for it and PR company would be Great for me! Even as working in the Acounts department!

After the Royal Wedding,

There are TONS of jokes about people’s hats on all the newspapers and internet! it was funny to adapt the culture and starting to understand some of their cold jokes~

We got back just in time for the royal wedding!

It was defiantly the coolest thing I have ever seen in my life. I am so glad that I was in LONDON for it, so many people came aross the world to see this event, and I was lucky enough to be there!

I love how I heard so much of LONDON’s history thru attending the wedding! It def made my trip a million times better. and more exciting!
